What types of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Chase Quick Pay and all major credit cards

Please note: there is a 3% surcharge on major credit card payments

We do not accept cash or check

What cities do you service?
El Segundo, Gardena, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Torrance, Hawthorne, Lawndale, and Carson, CA.


Do you charge extra for holidays?

Yes, there is an additional visit surcharge on the following holidays:

How do you manage the keys a client gives you for the sitting?

Keys in our possession are never labeled with client information and are always kept secure. We have several options for managing keys. We suggest having a spare key ready to give to your pet care specialist at the meet-and-greet. We can also pick up or drop off your key at a later time for an additional fee*. Some clients with outdoor pets may not even need to give us a key.

What if my pet gets sick while I am away?
Before the start of the sitting, you must fill out an emergency vet form stating your wishes in case of an emergency. We will attempt to contact you if an emergency arises. However, if you cannot be reached and the pet’s condition requires immediate action, we will seek care from a licensed veterinary professional. The vet will stabilize your pet until you are able to make further decisions. Any fees incurred by Superstar Pet Sitting must be reimbursed by the client.
What if my pet needs medication?
No need to worry; our pet care professionals are trained to give medications such as pills, drops and injections.
Do you do group dog walks?
No! While it is more economical for companies to walk four or five dogs at a time, this is not necessarily the safest, least stressful approach for your pooch. As a matter of policy, the only time we walk multiple dogs is when they are from the same household. We want your pet to have an enjoyable one-on-one walk where we can give them all the attention they deserve!
What is your cancellation policy?

24 hour care – 7 days notice

Overnight house sitting – 72 hour notice

Pet sitting visits – 72 hour notice

Dog walking – 24 hour notice

A 25% fee will be imposed for cancellations outside of these guidelines.

When is payment due?
Payment is due 48 hours prior to the start of the service.
